It seems that the Trident fire was very serious, There’s barely anything left of it, and the road had to be resurfaced today, Picture below.

Bye Bye Bus
News reaches me tonight that the Orange Trident, Rebuilt for MK Metro, That caught fire a couple of years ago in Ware (Blogged about here), Has Caught fire again tonight in Chichley, near Newport Pagnell.
It sounds like the fire has done alot more damage this time round, I’ll post more info If i get it.

Not alot to say really
I don’t really have much to write about at the moment, But I’m being nagged to put something new here, So I’m doing as I’m told.
It’s been 7 days since I started at MK Metro, I am still with an In-Service Trainer until Thursday, and then I’m hoping to still get my 4 day weekend off 😀
It all seems to be going okay, Hoping to find out which depot I’m gonna be based at tomorrow, and I only have one more route to learn, the 26E.
On Sunday just gone I went to the London Transport Museum’s Depot at Acton Town as they were having an open weekend.
While I was there I spotted this…
Here we have a Museum piece, Donated by Arriva London, While up here in Milton Keynes, Metro have two of these in service! LOL
Aylesbury have got two of there 13 new vehicles, One has been out on the roads of Princes Risborough to see if it will fit on the 300’s
All Change
I’m currently sat in my bus on a break as I type this. My head is spinning with thoughts, and if I don’t spill to someone soon I’m gonna go mad. Seeing as I aint gonna see anyone till tonight I’m putting them on here, Just to clear my head more than anything else.
(This is my excuse for why this post might not seem that joined up and slightly all over the place
It’s my last day on the 200 today.
Well from this coming Monday I will no longer working at Arriva Aylesbury as I’m transferring to MK Metro.
Bus after a couple of petty and childish incidents with a few of the older Metro drivers in the past two days I’m starting to have second thoughts…
Argh I just don’t know..
I’ve really struggled for the past six months trying to make my mind up if I wanted to transfer and now I just don’t know what to think, At the moment I have this horrible feeling that it’s gonna be a re-run of 2005 🙁
Still not a lot I can do now so just gonna have to make the best of it.
Fuel Protest
How comes other bus companies seized the opportunity to advertise bus travel during the summer when petrol prices were sky high, Yet we finally tag along six months later when prices start to drop LOL.
I really don’t understand why we take so long to do stuff like that!
