A (boring) week in pictures
It’s been a bit of a bizarre week really..
A day without Ticket Machines (something I’m gonna post about separately)…
Then someone pulling into a Bus Stop at an angle as I’m indicating to pull out, had a few choice words for them ;)…
Then we had the hot sunny weather, That wasn’t the hottest the cab got that day, it was 126.2f.. Mind you it was hardly surprising, The cab heater was on :(…
Then I had a morning of dodging the brown water that seemed to leak out of the light fitting over the cab every time we went round a corner…
Then a bit of my bus fell off….
Then I had a rather basic bus and a new temp bus stop to stop at at Northfield, That was the highlight on that day..
But within 24 hours someone had nicked it!
Musical Boredom
When I’m waiting to start a bus route, and I start to get bored, I start to play out various songs on the Emergency alarm test button on the Dashboard.. See if you can guess what the tune is, nearly everybody in the country knows this song… and yes I already know I’m weird so noone needs to tell me 😛

New gadget
I got myself a new gadget this week, a Flip Video ultra.. It’s like a pocket video recorder…. So for your delights I videoed my day at work and condensed it into 1 minute and something seconds..

I found an piece on the Bucks Fire Brigade website about an accident involving one of our buses. Don’t really know any details but the pictures are interesting.

A bit of overkill really for a route where Three passengers on the bus at once is a rush, But It’s all that was available at the garage after I’d broken down yet again yesterday afternoon. At least everyone was guaranteed a seat! 🙂
