  1. The 300 to Woburn Sands is an interesting development. Is this perhaps a deliberate try to see if the high-quality approach will attract the residents of fairly classy Woburn Sands? Or just operational convenience?

    • I think it’s more of the latter Neil. There is a spare citaro that is now going to be put to some use, whilst also removing the under performing route 3.

  2. I suppose the extension of the 300 will at least ensure the passenger numbers grow.

What sort of service will Cranfield have now, still hourly?

Do you think the reduced service between South East MK and Bletchley is justified? Seems a bit pointless it only running to Bletchley, I can’t imagine passenger numbers being too high on such a short route. Maybe it should have been extended further to Westcroft running a similar route to 24/25

The changes to the 2 and 32 look fine. Will Fenny not have an evening service anymore?

    • Richard, Not sure about the Cranfield service as I believe it is being operated commercially by Grant Palmer.

Loadings on the section of route from Walnut Tree area to Bletchley is quite low, and was conisdered a couple of years ago but was kept going with a diversion of the route into Caldecotte, This hasn’t helped increase passenger numbers so I personally think the best action is being taken in protecting the core route and the underperforming sections reduced in frequency.

Fenny is still getting an evening service as far as I’m aware, But I don’t know of details yet as to who by.

  3. james did I see a red arriva bus in service today? thought they were being paintedfirst.Could be an illusion of course ! regards
