My first answer would have to be The fan belt is missing.

However my second and probably the correct answer would have to be that the watchamacallit isn’t attached to the thingymebobs (purely a highly technical description).

It’s a picture of a bus engine.
On this blog, it has to be wrong as we’re talking about Arriva here!!

You have lifted the engine flap. At our depot we aren’t allowed to open the engine flap after one driver did and then ripped it off trying to shut it. No one had shown us how to close it so now when we want the heater turned off we have to get a fitter to do it for us.
